The physical configuration is achieved by extending the space from micro to macro through repetition, using a multitude of watercolor paper. The representation is worked into an architectural scheme to occupy the space where it can be either virtual or real. Color is incorporated to form gestures—for example, a direction, repetition, or creation—as well as a sense of illusion. Formally, each color is amorphous, hazy, muted, and ambiguous, evoking a haunting ambiance. The assembled structure explores the relationship between wall, ceiling and floor. It creates a three-dimensional space, which is a site for interaction and exchange.
